酒店是我半輩子人生中住的最差的酒店了！我是商務人員，經常出差住酒店，從沒有住過如此設施之差的酒店，簡直不能叫做酒店！第一，大冬天11月份，床上居然衹有薄薄的一個毯子！沒有被子，跟前台要被子，衹能從未入住的房間給拿了一條毯子！第二，坐便器一直存不住水，所以過一會兒就補水，噪音很大！第三，不知為啥早上起床地毯是濕的，我們自己帶的一次性拖鞋都濕了！兒子喜歡穿著襪子在地毯上走，結果襪子濕了！第四，空調衹能給冷風，噪音巨大，我們衹能把電源拔掉，否則應該無法入睡！第五，不知為何信用卡被無原因消費4.92加幣，兒子也沒去詢問，好在費用不多，就不得勁去找了！建議這樣的酒店就關門吧！別坑害住宿的客人了吧！更建議訂房網站取消與此酒店的合作！

非常非常非常非常差，浴缸是掉皮的，水龍頭是滴水的，燈光昏暗，跟**一樣，毫無心情所以也沒有敢拍照片，超級超級臟，不知道是不是老印承包的，工作人員也都是老印，這家酒店恐怕衹做一次性生意，反正也無所謂客戶下次還來不來，不要訂！！！！中國人不騙中國人！！！！訂房網站能不能好好審核一下酒店資源，這麼差的也推薦

Older hotel,needs some work,vending machines were not working or m.t.,bed mattresse in our room was very lumpy.other bed was good

Clerk was friendly and expedient with check in. The room was as expected and they provided parking for my truck and trailer. Overall I had a good experience.

My worst experience so far. A smell of cigarettes in the corridor leading to my room, the smell was coming from an identified room, the 203, which had its door shortly open. From outside, we were able to see the room occupants smoking from their room with windows open. They were throwing out the smoke outside but there was the awful smell inside the hotel. I complained 4 times about it and no action has been taken to take care of the problem. Also, my neighboor kept hitting on the wall until over midnight and it made it hard for me to sleep. I complained 3 times about it and no action has been taken. Also, a drunk person kept calling at my room to disturb us. I asked the receptionist for knowing who was the person who kept calling me and she was unable to tell. She was also unable to check and/or prevent the calls so I have been forced to pull the plug on the phone, so it stops to ring. Without a doubt my worst hotel experience by very far. 0 effort from the staff to solve any of the numberous problems. It was a complete disaster. I also forgot to mention how dirty the alley was on my way to my room. There was chips on the carpet, used toilet paper, used dirty towels. It was obvious the staff accountable of cleaning messed up his job. To resume, bad receptionist, bad cleaner, bad service and bad neighboors. It was a complete disaster. Sincerely.

Staff was nice but cleaniness was poor

The facilities is old and worn out, i.e flooring, walls and lighting; it needs serious renovation. For the price, it's a ripped off. The location is very convenient, at the same time is noisy.

酒店差咱就不説了， 畢竟價格在這兒擺著！ 訂房網站收過房費，酒店又收一遍還遲遲不退，那您就是詐騙了
